This music was created especially for healing traumas, fears and empowering the listener and helping them move confidently into new states of peace and expanded awareness. In the track you can find a deeply atmospheric tribal ambient soundscape. There are shamanic drums, deep chants, nature sounds and a selection of quality synth and instrument sounds. The instruments are tuned to 432 Hz and there are special isochronic tones in 111 Hz and 396 Hz. These are oscillating at or just above a Delta brainwave frequency.
The sound frequency 111 Hertz (Hz) is associated with the production of endorphins. This healing frequency assists in cell rejuvenation and regeneration. By producing endorphins, 111 Hz relieves pain and elevates mood. It can increase feelings of overall well-being, empathy, and improves focus and memory. This is combined with the frequency 396 Hz which has the benefit of helping to release fear, heal trauma and dispel feelings of guilt. Together these frequencies will "dispel the shadow" and rebuild the healthy aspects of your inner being. Isochronic tones are tones of the same frequency that are separated by short intervals. The interval creates a rhythmic pulsing sound that is used for brainwave attunement leading to meditation and trance states.
